Israel is a Manager in the firm’s New Jersey office. He is instrumental in coordinating and reviewing audits for clients across the education, nonprofit, real estate and other industries.
Israel has over 10 years of accounting experience, beginning his career in a midsize local firm, before making the move to Roth&Co as a Manager in 2017.
Israel has a Master of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and New Jersey.
Israel spent time as a Professional Career Services Professor teaching QuickBooks; as well as being a Mentor for accounting students.
Israel is an avid studier of astronomy. He is particularly intrigued with its relationship to the Jewish calendar.

Joseph is a manager in the firm’s New Jersey office. He manages the firm’s Small Business division, and consults with small business owners, assisting them with all their tax and accounting needs.
Joseph has over 10 years of experience in the industry, beginning his career in a small local firm, before moving to one of the large city firms and finally landing at Roth&Co

Joseph is a big sports fan, and especifically enjoys baseball and volleyball.

Zev Roth is a staff accountant who leverages past computer programming and IT skills to provide accounting-related assurance services.
Zev received his Masters in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU).
Upon receiving his accounting degree, Zev began working as an intern at Roth&Co. After 7 years of working in Roth&Co’s Entrepreneurial services department, Zev has worked his way up to Supervisor, where he uses his background in IT and technology to consistently find ways to improve his client’s businesses.
Zev has a profound understanding of accounting systems, and he studies his client’s workflow in order to help them grow with enhanced efficiencies and procedures.
Over the past 7 years, Zev has used these same skills in accounting, efficiency, and technology to help Roth&Co grow as a firm.

Zacharia brings over 20 years of accounting experience to his role as Co-Managing Partner at Roth&Co He works with growing and mature businesses, in a range of industries including real estate, e-commerce, healthcare, manufacturing and wholesale distribution and not-for-profit.
Zacharia manages all facets of the firm and its’ development, and frequently gives lectures and presentations throughout the community, keeping the public informed on best business practices and procedures.
1. Gained and renegotiated terms on large business loans for clients via strong network of contacts in Banking and financial institutions.
2. Developed relationships with government entities, assisting a wide variety of organizations, educational establishments, and special needs organizations.
In January 2012, Zacharia was admitted as partner of Roth&Co, LLP. He heads the audit and assurance department, overseeing all aspects of engagements including quality control, board presentations, and serving as a chief client liaison. Zacharia has seen success with consulting businesses and non for profits.
Prior to entering public accounting, Zacharia served as a controller for a large, not-for-profit organization for five years. This experience provided Zacharia with the unique inside perspective and ability to understand the operations and finances of an organization from the point of view of both client and auditor.
Zacharia joined Roth&Co as a junior accountant in 2004. After working in a variety of services and industries, Zacharia was placed in charge of client relationships and special engagements. In January of 2008, he took the initiative to start a dedicated Audit & Assurance group, enabling Roth&Co to offer better quality audits, with increased efficiency at a more reasonable price. The Audit & Assurance group is rapidly growing and currently has over 15 professionals dedicated solely to produce a quality and professional product. In 2016 Zacharia was promoted to Co-Managing Partner, where he works alongside Abraham Roth to further grow and develop the Roth&Co firm.
Zacharia received his B.S. (Honors) in Accounting from Touro College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Zacharia is very active in his local community, frequently assisting them with financial related matters, and was an honoree at the Bonei Olam Dinner in Brooklyn, New York and for 2 years led a team on the Bike 4 Chai charity race, riding over 175 miles in order to raise money.

Alan is partner at Roth&Co, and he primarily handles Real Estate entities and Wholesale/Distribution companies. He excels in finding creative solutions to tough tax problems, as well as selecting and managing the best team for any given project.
Alan began his accounting career at Roth&Co, and his persistent attention to detail along with strong client relationships propelled him from junior to partner within 13 years. Alan’s strengths are his drive, his dedication to clients and his ability to bring in the ideal resources to deliver the most valuable results to the client.
Alan received his B.S. (Honors) in Accounting and Economics from Queens College, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants NYSSCPA).
Alan plays basketball regularly and follows all the real New York teams (Mets, Knicks, Rangers, Jets and Giants). He is treasurer of Achiezer Community Resource Center, and is the Gabbai in his local synagogue.
