David de Freudiger, CPA

David de Freudiger CPA, MBA is a manager in Roth&Co’s Tax Controversy department. David has extensive experience in tax compliance and advisory services for high-net-worth and family office clients. He regularly assists clients and attorneys with various litigation support matters including voluntary disclosures, IRS and state tax audits, payroll issues, penalty abatements and other tax controversy matters.

David has designed and taught courses at Professional Career Services, enabling CPA candidates to utilize tax preparation software to apply their knowledge of tax theory to real-world scenarios.

David received his MBA in Professional Accounting from Rutgers University Graduate School of Management, where he earned the Special Dean’s Award. He is a lifetime member in Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS), the international honor society for collegiate business schools.

David is a certified public accountant in NJ and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers (ASTPS).
