Shulem Rosenbaum is a certified public accountant and is accredited in business valuations by the AICPA. Shulem joined Roth&Co in 2013 and has since climbed the ranks to become a partner in our Advisory Services division. Shulem started his career with tax preparation and review and tax controversy. He currently focuses on forensic accounting, business valuation, due diligence procedures, estate planning, business succession planning and asset protection, management advisory and business services, providing expert witness services, and arbitration and litigation support.
Shulem was awarded the Superior Scholar award from the New York State Society of CPAs, and the highly coveted and prestigious Elijah Watt Sells Award from the AICPA. Shulem is frequently quoted in publications like the Journal of Accountancy, Microsoft News, the Hamodia newspaper and the Ami magazine. He is also a faculty member of Touro College since 2014 and serves as a professor of accounting.

Shulem is a CPA with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Touro College, where he was honored with the Outstanding Scholar award. Shulem is further accredited in Business Valuations (ABV). He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Forensics and Valuation Services (FVS) by AICPA, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
