We love discovering creative ways to show our clients how much we value our relationships, and this year, we’re doing something pretty neat.
 
This past April we launched the Roth&Co 2025 Seasonal Scent Collection—a series of custom, curated fragrances designed to enhance our clients’ spaces and create memorable, lasting impressions with every season.

Following our first scent in April—‘Petals & Dawn,’ came June's summer release: ‘Seaside Bliss.’ Well, this fall we were excited to launch 'Crisp Cascade,' a scent reminiscent of autumn foliage and earthiness.

The feedback has been overwhelming, and we're looking forward to sending the fourth and final scent this winter!

Under Yehoshua’s leadership, the Grant Services Department will support schools in navigating higher education accreditation and financial aid processes with confidence—helping them build capacity, ensure compliance, and advance their mission of educational excellence.
 
Yehoshua brings over two decades of experience in executive leadership in the nonprofit sector, having served as former director of Agudath Israel of America’s yeshiva services and as Executive Director of Joan Dachs Bais Yaakov.

This year's leadership retreat was exceptional!

Held at the magnificent @Tarrytown House Estate, the 2-day getaway gave our full management team the time and space to learn more about themselves, their roles as leaders, and how to work together to continue building our powerhouse team. This year’s theme, “Empowering Those Who Empower,” set the tone for a series of insightful presentations and engaging departmental breakout sessions that inspired collaboration and growth.

Kudos to our one-of-a-kind guest speaker @Sara Huddleston, M.Ed., SPHR, GPHR for an unbelievably engaging session! Of course, the group also enjoyed the opportunity to spend time together, with an after-dinner casino proving to be one of the highlights!

Senior Manager @Syndelle Manuel, CPA described the event as "a great reminder of our role and the level of influence, responsibility, and impact we have."
