This year, as a winter gift to our one-of-a-kind team, we gave each of our 300 team members an exclusive shopping experience by launching the Roth Winter Shop – a branded online apparel shop for high-end winter gear. Each team member got to order 3 items from the shop for a total of…zero dollars. 
 
Of course we got creative with the packaging too! Employees picked up their custom crafted boxes with their orders inside, alongside a fresh station of hot cinnamon buns and seasonal cocoa.
