Moshe Gelbtuch, CPA/CFF is the Director of the Advisory Services and Tax Controversy departments at Roth&Co, LLP. In his capacity as the director of the department, he oversees a team of forensic accountants, valuation specialists, and experts in tax controversy and procedure.
The Advisory Services division provides financial management and general consulting services to business owners. He is also a key member of the firm’s Trust and Estates division. Marc is Certified in Financial Forensics, and has over 15 years of experience assisting clients growth in the for-profit and non-profit sectors and assisting clients in planning and budgeting their operations.
Marc has extensive experience performing and supervising all accounting functions for a wide variety of companies and focuses on clients in the manufacturing, retail, wholesale and real estate industries.
Marc also specializes in projects relating to due diligence, internal control, business succession planning, litigation support, asset protection, and estate planning.

A Touro College graduate, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs. He is also certified as a Forensic Financial Consultant.
Marc is an avid follower of national economic trends, and serves as president of his synagogue and remains active in charitable organizations in his community.
