Chaya Salamon



As the company’s Chief Operating Officer Chaya manages the firm’s day-to-day operations and designs and implements policies to promote the company’s long-term goals. Chaya’s career at Roth&Co began over 18 years ago in general administration for the emergent 25- employee firm. She built Roth&Co’s Human Resources Department from the ground up and has been instrumental in the strategic growth and development of the firm.




As Roth&Co’s current Chief Operating Officer Chaya is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the day-to-day activities of the firm, including administration, project management, technology, marketing, department metrics/reporting, compensation and benefits, facilities, and events. Chaya provides stellar leadership and management; ensuring that the firm has the proper operational controls, administrative support, and resources in place to achieve the goals of its global strategic plan.




In her previous position as Human Resources Director, Chaya established and expanded Roth&Co’s policies and procedures for recruitment, compliance, training, and team-building. She administered talent acquisition and development, as well as employee on-boarding, retention, turnover, and employee benefits. Chaya established the Human Resources Department for a developing workforce and today it serves Roth&Co’s constantly increasing roster of employees, providing quality support for the firm’s compliance needs, benefits programs, and corporate culture.




A native Brooklynite, Chaya enjoys spending her free time with family and friends and supports local community causes.
