Executive Assistant, NY


Summary:

Roth&Co is a fast-growing mid-sized Certified Public Accounting firm. We are seeking a talented, and professional Executive Assistant to join us in our Brooklyn location. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the firm by being a direct support to our partners.  This is a full-time position.

 

Skills Required:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to juggle multiple and overlapping projects
  • Excellent decision-making skills: ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions
  • Ability to work well in a team of administrative personnel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and personability
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Computer proficiency and a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace while managing multiple tasks and maintaining a professional attitude

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide full administrative support to Partners
  • Assist in preparation and drafting of documents, correspondence, and presentations
  • Receive and direct clients and field telephone calls
  • Provide sophisticated calendar management for Partners
  • Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day scheduling
  • Anticipate Partners’ needs in advance of meetings and conferences
  • Coordinate Zooms and engagements
  • Plan and coordinate travel itineraries
  • Ensure team is kept up to date with Partner travel plans and any relevant workflow
  • Work as a team with all administrative personnel to make sure all administrative duties are covered
