This is a 100% remote role. A blend between managing our internal accounting team and being client facing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for multiple clients. Review balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements for accuracy.
- Conduct financial analysis on month end reports and send video explanations to clients.
- Assist with Client Training on QBO, Bill.com and Payroll Integrations.
- Respond to client questions regarding their financial reports.
- Train and mentor CAS team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client accounting processes through automation and technology.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA preferred.
- Experience working at CPA firm and balancing many clients
- 5+ Years in Accounting with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in a CAS department preferred.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Bill.com and Integrations.
- Advanced experience with Excel.
- Comfortable working remotely, using video and communicating via Teams.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize without supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed, less than 20% of your time.
