Biography
Tyler R. Cerveny, CPA, brings extensive transaction advisory and audit experience as a senior manager with Roth&Co’s Advisory team. Tyler’s diverse expertise in financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and complex audit engagements significantly enhances the firm’s ability to serve clients across multiple industries and transaction types.
Tyler began his career serving public and private clients with revenues up to $1B. He has led complex engagements, including iGaming audits, IFRS carve-outs, and multi-entity consolidations and acquisitions. Tyler has completed over 50 buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for companies with EBITDA ranging from $1M to $30M across diverse industries. His experience has elevated the firm’s transaction advisory capabilities, resulting in more efficient, consistent, and client-focused due diligence processes.
Tyler is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a Mathematics minor from Neumann University.
