Biography
Matthew Woodruff, CPA, CM&AA is a senior manager in Roth&Co’s advisory department. Matthew brings over 12 years of public accounting experience, specializing in due diligence, quality of earnings, mergers and acquisitions and financial planning and analysis.
Before focusing on advisory, Matthew provided audit and accounting services to a wide range of privately held companies across the construction, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, retail, and technology sectors. His experience includes assurance engagements, due diligence, benchmarking, and forecasting analysis.
Matthew graduated magna cum laude from West Chester University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs (PICPA), and the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA). Matthew is a Pennsylvania-licensed Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor.
