Biography
Elizabeth Esparza, CPA serves as Director of Quality Control for Roth&Co’s audit team and is based out of our Chicago office. With nearly two decades of experience leading audit engagements for public and private companies, Elizabeth has a strong track record of developing high-performing teams, managing complex stakeholders, and delivering high-quality audits.
Elizabeth has extensive expertise in IFRS/US GAAP, SOX 404, internal controls, risk assessment, and financial reporting—guiding her team through complex assurance and compliance matters with confidence and precision. She brings a disciplined, hands-on approach to designing and implementing firm-wide quality management systems and leading independent technical reviews.
Elizabeth is a member of the Illinois CPA Society as well as a board member of both the AICPA Ethics Committee and the Pleasantdale Civic Association.
