This year’s leadership retreat was exceptional!
Held at the magnificent Tarrytown House Estate, the 2-day getaway gave our full management team the time and space to learn more about themselves, their roles as leaders, and how to work together to continue building our powerhouse team. This year’s theme, “Empowering Those Who Empower,” set the tone for a series of insightful presentations and engaging departmental breakout sessions that inspired collaboration and growth.
Kudos to our one-of-a-kind guest speaker Sara Huddleston, M.Ed., SPHR, GPHR for an unbelievably engaging session! Of course, the group also enjoyed the opportunity to spend time together, with an after-dinner casino proving to be one of the highlights!
