Roth&Co, a fast-growing mid-sized CPA firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Tax Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accountant to lead client engagements, mentor staff, and play a key role in the firm’s growth.

What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of public accounting experience.
- Ability to manage multiple high-demand projects while keeping engagements on time and within budget.
- Strong technical skills across a wide range of accounting and tax matters.
- Proven capability to supervise, mentor, and develop staff.
- Professionalism and composure under pressure with both clients and colleagues.
- Expertise in a service or industry beyond core technical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and develop staff by providing technical guidance, feedback, and on-the-job training.
- Oversee engagement work to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion within budget.
- Identify risks on engagements and develop plans to manage and mitigate them.
- Manage all aspects of engagements, including fee quoting, planning, staffing, letters, and budget approval.
- Streamline administrative procedures, oversee office staff, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex issues.
- Support business development by identifying leads and service opportunities.
- Actively participate in networking and community events to enhance the firm’s profile.
- Adhere to and communicate firm policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Perform other duties as required to support the firm and team goals.
