We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Senior Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a tax professional ready to take on increased responsibility, prepare and review tax work at a higher level, supervise junior staff, and contribute to the successful execution of engagements within a collaborative team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a public accounting firm.
  • Strong technical skills across tax and accounting matters.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-demand projects while staying on schedule and within scope.
  • Proven capability to supervise staff, delegate effectively, and provide clear guidance.
  • Professionalism, attention to detail, and composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other relevant accounting software.

  • Take ownership of assigned components within engagements and ensure timely completion.
  • Delegate tasks to interns and junior staff, answering questions and providing ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with outsourcing teams on designated returns and workpapers.
  • Produce high-quality, technically accurate work with minimal manager review.
  • Schedule and manage workload effectively to avoid last-minute deadlines.
  • Adhere to firm policies, procedures, and professional standards.
