We’re seeking an Executive Operations Analyst to provide high-level administrative assistance to senior leadership while leveraging advanced Excel and reporting skills to drive strategic decisions. What You’ll Do
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Build and maintain advanced Excel dashboards, reports, and models (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, Power Query).
- Analyze business and financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare presentations and executive summaries for leadership.
- Support budget tracking, KPI monitoring, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
- Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
