Roth&Co, a fast-growing mid-sized CPA firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Audit Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned accountant to lead and mentor staff, manage complex client engagements, and play a key role in driving the firm’s growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience in a public accounting firm.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple high-demand projects while delivering work on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional technical skills across a broad range of accounting issues.
  • Proven capability to supervise, train, and develop staff.
  • Professionalism and composure under pressure, with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Expertise in a specific service or industry beyond core technical competence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff by providing guidance, on-the-job training, and feedback.
  • Oversee engagement work to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to budgets.
  • Identify risks on engagements and implement effective plans to manage them.
  • Manage all aspects of engagements, including fee quoting, planning, staffing, letters, and budget approvals, while streamlining office procedures.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex accounting and business issues.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and actively contribute to business development and networking initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and professional standards.
  • Perform other job-related duties as needed.
