We are seeking a dedicated audit professional to join our team as a Manager.

Skills Required:    

  • 7+ years of experience in a public accounting firm
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-demand projects simultaneously
  • Excellent technical skills across a broad range of accounting and auditing issues
  • Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities
  • Top-notch professionalism in high-pressure situations, both with staff and clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software
  • Masters degree in Accounting
  • CPA license required

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of engagements, including fee quoting, planning, staffing, engagement letters, and budget approval
  • Identify areas of risk on engagements and develop and implement plans to manage those risks
  • Utilize technical knowledge and skills to submit reviewed work to partners with the expectation that minimal or no changes will be required
  • Oversee, supervise, and monitor the work of team members by providing on-the-job training and feedback, ensuring each project is completed accurately and within budget
  • Supervise and develop staff, fostering technical growth within the team
  • Support a collaborative and team-oriented environment while encouraging peers and team members to achieve strong results and quality work
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, managers, and staff on all aspects of work performed
  • Develop meaningful relationships with clients and gain their confidence
  • Build a network of prospective clients and collaborate internally to pursue new opportunities
  • Identify expanded service opportunities for existing clients and actively participate in networking activities, including community and professional organizations
  • Adhere to and communicate firm policies and procedures
  • Perform other job-related duties as required
