Mark has over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance and operations. As Roth&Co.’s Chief Financial Officer, Mark is responsible for maintaining overall leadership and management for the firm’s financial operations, including:
• Safeguarding the firm’s assets
• Assisting in developing plans to improve firm performance
• Advising leadership on strategic, business, and operating decisions
EXPERIENCE
Mark’s experience spans a diversity of industries including energy, AV technology, building materials, and food manufacturing. He has served in various executive positions providing financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, project management, operations and business development.
EDUCATION
Mark received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Yeshiva University, Sy Syms School of Business.
