Marketing Administrator (Full-Time) — Brooklyn or Lakewood
Roth&Co, a Top-150 public accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a full-time marketing administrator to join our dynamic team in either our Brooklyn or Lakewood office. (The candidate will be required to travel once a week between the two offices, depending on their primary location.)
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic individual to grow their marketing career within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Reporting directly to the marketing manager, the marketing administrator will play a key role in coordinating and executing a wide range of marketing initiatives, including events, conferences, social media campaigns, and firm communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing manager in coordinating and implementing marketing projects, firm events, and conferences
- Manage and maintain the firm’s website and social media presence
- Gather content for, create, and schedule internal newsletters and email campaigns
- Stay current with marketing, industry, and social media trends
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors
- Assist with various administrative and marketing tasks
- If working from Brooklyn office, candidate will travel once a week to the Lakewood office, and vice versa.
Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing, communications, or public relations
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with social media platforms and website content management
- Knowledge of current events and marketing trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
